Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to join our dedicated team in Georgia. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, and provide high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Georgia or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
