Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to support residents' well-being.

Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour with shift differentials in evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided to support your life and career goals.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
