Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our non-profit team delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment.

The role administers meds, monitors residents, and mentors CNAs, with evenings, nights and weekends shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Full Time: Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends Management add on pay Weekly pay.
