Job summary

CHSGa is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time role in Georgia. You will work with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure residents receive high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
