Job summary

Pinewood Healthcare Center in Hawkinsville, GA is hiring an LPN to join our mission-driven team. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a non-profit setting.

We offer competitive wages from $25.75 to $29.00 per hour, shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
