Job summary

Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and work with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
