Advanced Care Center in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented LPN for a Charge Nurse role. You will administer medications, supervise CNAs, and ensure accurate record-keeping while delivering high-quality patient care and service.

This position supports both full-time and part-time shifts across days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Valid LPN nursing license.
CPR & IV certification required.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.
Accepting new and seasoned LPNs.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform treatments for residents.
Direct day-to-day tasks of CNAs using leadership skills.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Foster an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and concern for residents.
