Job summary

Lynchburg Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Lynchburg, VA, is seeking LPNs who are caring and warm-hearted to join a dedicated team. You will supervise CNAs, provide direct patient care, and document patient status for RN review, contributing to meaningful outcomes for residents and their families.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
