Job summary

Taylor County Health & Rehab is hiring a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia. Pay ranges from $25.75 to $29 per hour with evenings, nights, and weekends differential. Weekly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth are highlighted in a mission-driven, non-profit setting.

You will work with RNs and CNAs to provide compassionate, person-centered care, ensure medication administration accuracy, and document care plans in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate approach to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
