Dinwiddie Health & Rehab Center in North Dinwiddie, VA 23803 is hiring an LPN for direct primary nursing care of residents and supervision of CNAs. This position is listed as Full-Time/Part-Time with a salary range of $32.00 - $38.25 per hour.

The LPN will provide and document nursing care, participate in committees, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. CPR certification is required.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Two years of experience as an LPN, preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
• Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel and coordinates shifts.
• Provides feedback to Nurse Managers regarding staff performance.
• Observes residents daily and reports changes to the physician.
• Administers and documents medications following the five rights and safety practices.
• Performs routine nursing skills including phlebotomy, IV therapy, wound care and catheter care.
• Communicates with families about resident care and conditions.
