Job summary

Dinwiddie Health & Rehab Center in NORTH DINWIDDIE, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 11pm–7am shift to provide direct nursing care and supervise licensed staff.

The RN will work with physicians, labs, and pharmacy partners, perform rounds, document care, and lead patient safety initiatives. Virginia RN license and CPR certification are required; two years med-surg experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• Two years of medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
• Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications.
• Perform daily rounds and report changes to the team.
• Coordinate with physicians, labs, and pharmacy for patient care.
• Participate in clinical rounds and update orders as needed.
• Address complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
