Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage 24-hour patient care on a designated unit
• Promote effective relationships with physicians, nursing staff, labs and pharmacy
• Monitor and ensure adherence to patient care standards and center policies
• Lead unit meetings, staff development, and performance evaluations
• Oversee medication administration and nursing documentation
• Report incidents, ensure safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Respond to patient and family communications and concerns
