Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical and emotional needs and provide appropriate care.
• Document nursing interventions and physician orders promptly.
• Administer and document medications correctly.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices.
• Plan care with physicians and coordinate with MOAs and staff.
• Provide patient and family communication with professionalism.
