Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will collaborate with our nursing team, administer medications, monitor patient status, and contribute to quality of life improvements.

Qualifications

• LPN license and current certification.
• Caring, compassionate personality and demeanor.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work your scheduled shift.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the clinical care and quality of life of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Check residents daily to ensure proper treatment is given.
• Keep the RN Supervisor informed about residents and staff.
• Implement changes directed by nursing leadership.
• Provide nursing services per facility policies and procedures.
• Complete required LPN record-keeping forms.
• Present a professional image to residents and families.
