Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per policy and procedures.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Monitor residents' condition daily and report changes.
• Keep RN Supervisor informed on status of residents and staff.
• Assist with treatment changes as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain accurate resident charts and documentation.
• Provide professional nursing reports at shift change.
• Uphold resident rights and professional image.
