Sierra Post Acute in Colorado is actively hiring LPNs for our skilled nursing units. Open positions include Full-time 6am-6pm (Sun, Tue, Wed), Full-time 6pm-6am (Sun, Fri, Sat), and Part-time/PRN 6am-6pm (Sun, Tue) or 6pm-6am on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or current CPR-certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments.
• Support care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and quality of care.
