Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) for full-time days and nights to support a skilled nursing unit. You will provide nursing services, assist with medications, and collaborate with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check including Colorado CAPS background check.

• May supervise nurse assistants and assist with medications and treatments.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and collaborate with the care team.
