Responsabilités

• Assures residents meet admission criteria and monitors care plans.
• Maintains up-to-date care plans per state regulations.
• Monitors and updates resident charts and clinical progress notes.
• Communicates changes in residents' needs to physicians, staff and family.
• Coordinates resident services with other providers.
• Oversees medications and renewals and follows up with physicians.
