Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care for adult patients in the home setting, including care for G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator needs.

Qualifications

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
