Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Danville, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, serving pediatric and/or adult populations.

Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $35 per hour with competitive benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k). Experience preferred. TB/X-ray, BLS, and active license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders in patients' homes.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
