Maxim Healthcare in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in the home setting. As a team member of Maxim, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, while providing safe and patient-centered care for G-tube, Trach & Ventilator needs.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
