The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience at an administrator level in home healthcare, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. • Minimum of 2 years of administrator-level experience in home healthcare.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/manager.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (preferred).
• Prior experience with computer/software-driven quality programs is a plus.
• Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards.

Human Touch Home Care is seeking an Administrator to function as an exceptional Admin Manager, overseeing care management, quality assurance and compliance for home care services, and directing the interdisciplinary team (IDT). The Administrator/LPN will review and update care plans and documentation while maintaining accurate records, establish goals to advance the agency’s quality and regulatory compliance, and implement standards to ensure excellent delivery of home health care.
