Human Touch Home Health Care is seeking an Administrator, Clinical Manager (DON) to oversee care management, quality assurance, and compliance for our home health services in Colorado.

The role leads a team of nurses and medical professionals, develops nursing policies, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor/manager experience in Home Health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicare and Oasis.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field.
• Proficiency with computers and medical software, eMAR.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

• Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical Professionals.

• Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures.
