Job summary

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a dedicated LPN to deliver high-quality patient care in an acute rehab setting.

You will collaborate with a registered nurse and other health professionals to implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, following established standards and procedures. The role involves participation in care plan modification, evaluating patient responses, reassessment, and focused assessments, with documentation of data and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS (current upon hire).
• Venipuncture skills required.
• One year of full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• De-escalation training (TEAM) completed within 6 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in modifying the plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions.
• Reassesses the patient and modifies the plan of care as needed.
• Contributes to patient assessment with focused data collection.
• Documents data and reports changes from prior condition.
