Geisinger is hiring an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in Scranton, PA. Eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $40,000 in support to pursue RN education.

The role offers market-leading hiring rates and up to $5 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Full benefits begin on day one, multiple medical plans, FSA/HSA options, life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse credentials required or eligible for licensure in PA.
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Contributes data to patient care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinates patient care with staff and physicians to maximize safety and satisfaction.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments and medications per policy.
• Precepts and mentors new staff as assigned.
• Participates in unit-based decision-making and evidence-based practice.
