Qualifikationen

• Cardiac unit experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and grow in Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgical Intermediate Nursing Care.
• Strong patient education and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.

• Provides direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Collaborates with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Precepts and mentors new staff and students; participates in unit-based decision making.
