Formación

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care according to policies, procedures and standards of care.
• Assists with data collection for assessment and reports significant changes to the RN.
• Assists with developing and implementing the plan of care under RN supervision.
• Supports patient teaching per plan of care.
