Atrium Health Cleveland – Nursing: Surgical 5E is seeking a full-time LPN to provide direct patient care in a 12-hour shift schedule, including every third weekend. The role emphasizes collaboration with registered nurses, accurate data collection, and timely reporting of patient changes.

You will support the care plan, assist with procedures, and reinforce patient teaching in a fast-paced surgical unit. Qualified candidates have completed a Practical Nursing program and hold an active LPN

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved Practical Nursing program.
• Must hold a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state where practicing.
• Basic computer and electronic medical record proficiency beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care per policies and standards.
• Collect and document data; identify changes and report to RN.
• Assist with care planning and implementation under RN guidance.
• Support patient teaching per the care plan.
