Advocate Health Cleveland in Shelby, NC seeks a Practical Nurse for a 24-hour weekly schedule on a 12-hour shift pattern. This 32-bed med-surg unit focuses on surgical procedures and post-operative care, offering opportunities in a Level III trauma context and community outreach.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, data collection, plan-of-care support, and patient education under RN supervision. LPN licensure is required/licensure pursued with BLS within six months.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required within 6 months.
• No prior experience required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care according to established policies and standards.
• Assist with data collection and documentation of patient status.
• Support plan of care development and implement under RN guidance.
• Provide patient teaching aligned with care plan.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses clearly.
