Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We offer 8-hour shifts (3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am) with starting pay of $29-$30/hour, up to $3.00/hour shift differential, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a $160 weekend bonus, and loan repayment or tuition assistance plus

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
Current CPR certification.
Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to appropriate clinical staff.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies appropriately.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
