Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join us Part-Time or PRN. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an SC LPN license, CPR, and maintain ongoing education. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, and PCC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• CPR certification.
• Maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
