Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join as Part-Time or PRN staff. You will provide quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes.

We offer competitive pay between $29-30/hour with up to $3.00/hr shift differential, and flexible Part-Time and PRN scheduling. 8-hour shifts and opportunities for career growth are available within our network.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Continuing education requirements maintained as per SC Board of Nursing.
• Must stay in good standing with SC Board of Nursing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare staff.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and facility regulations.
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Part-Time or PRN basis.
