Job summary
Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time employment. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must maintain continuing education and licensure requirements.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Experience with PCC preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Supervise and support CNAs.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.
- Promote resident dignity, comfort and quality of life.
