Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Part-Time or PRN roles. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding outcomes.

The role offers 8-hour shifts with up to $3.00/hr shift differential, plus PRN opportunities within our network and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
