Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for full-time evening and night shifts. You will provide direct resident care, administer meds, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current and unrestricted in South Carolina.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Continuing education requirements must be maintained as required by licensure.
• In good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
