Job summary

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate LPNs for a day shift schedule. The role offers three 12-hour days per week (7:00 AM-7:00 PM), with every other weekend, providing a balanced work-life arrangement.

Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessment, and collaboration with RNs, physicians, and CNAs. Applicants must hold a Pennsylvania LPN license and demonstrate strong clinical and teamwork skills for high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This position offers a consistent schedule of three 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 AM-7:00 PM), including every other weekend, providing an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
