William Penn Care Center - Jeannette, PA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team on 12-hour shift schedules. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
