Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Memphis, TN is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients. Competitive hourly pay with weekly paychecks accompanies a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license in the state, current TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification, with a preference for candidates with one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
