Maxim Healthcare in Liberty, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and PRN roles with an hourly pay range of $32–$36.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
