Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for a pediatric patient in their own home in Wymore, NE. This PRN overnight shift offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. On-site visits support the patient’s daily needs with a focus on safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
