Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for pediatric patients in their own home in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The position offers part-time and full-time day and overnight shifts, with options like Friday, Saturday and Sunday (8a-8p) and PRN weekends. Hourly pay is $34.

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team members.

Responsibilities:
