Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide compassionate, patient-centered home care for pediatric and adult clients across Long Island, including Nassau and Suffolk counties. The position offers flexible per diem scheduling with pay at $35 per hour, and weekly Friday payroll.

• Must hold a New York State LPN license.
• Minimum 6 months of LPN experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Physical exam completed within the past year.
• QuantiFERON test completed within the past year.
• MMR titers completed within the past ten years.
