Job summary

Always Compassionate Health in Melville, NY is hiring licensed practical (LPN) or registered nurses (RN) for flexible in-home care shifts across Nassau and Suffolk counties. We offer competitive pay: LPNs $35/hour and RNs $45/hour, with the option to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Active NYS LPN or RN license issued by NYS.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care setting.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
