Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring registered nurses for private duty and short-term home health care across New York. We offer 1:1 nursing in patients' homes, including complex cases such as trach/vent and g-tube management.

Pay rate is $45/hour for private duty cases, with flexible Weekday and Weekend shifts. Immediate openings available; join a compassionate team that values expertise and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• NYS RN license and current registration.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• Physical and QuantiFERON test within the past year.
• MMR titers valid within 10 years.
• Maintain Malpractice Insurance.
• NPI number on file.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty 1:1 skilled nursing at patients' homes (trach/vent, g-tube, diabetes, seizures).
• Support short-term/post-op cases with wound care, pain management, and safe mobility.

Education

RN license (NYS)

BLS Certification (AHA)

MMR titers up to 10 years

QuantiFERON test within a year

• At least 6 months of nursing experience
• NYS RN license and registration
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
• MMR Titers within 10 years
