Job summary

Always Compassionate Health seeks compassionate nurses to provide in-home care with flexible hours. LPN or RN license issued by NYS is required, with at least 6 months of home care experience and CPR/BLS certification. You will deliver individualized care and support to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include health promotion, medication administration, and coordination with a broad health care team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.

Qualifications

• Active NYS LPN or RN license.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a home care setting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Empathy and reliability with commitment to high-quality care.

• Perform 1:1 patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.

What you'll need:

What you'll do :
