Job summary

Millennium Post Acute Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN to join our West Columbia, SC facility. We offer 12-hour shifts (days & nights) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Join our 132-bed skilled nursing team committed to a Culture of Caring and employee growth.

Full-time and part-time positions are available with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with matching, and PTO. LPN license is required to apply.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required.
• 12-hour shifts available (days & nights).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide care.
• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (vital signs, injections) and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust medications and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
