Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join The Columbia Presbyterian Community. You will provide compassionate, resident-focused care, perform rounds, and supervise other caregivers to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in South Carolina (SC)
• CPR certification is required
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans
• Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift
• Supervise and direct other care staff
• Communicate care updates effectively with residents and families
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
