Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: NHC HealthCare Lexington, 2993 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia, SC 29169, USA

Schedule: 7P-7A Shifts only. Competitive pay with $2,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clinical competency through the application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication.
• Use the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Organize workflow and prioritize to meet patient care needs.
• Integrate current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in patient care.
• Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate care, compassion, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and teamwork.
