Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join a compassionate, collaborative team in a skilled nursing setting. Full-time shifts are 6am-2pm with a weekend rotation; part-time shifts include 6am-2pm on Sat/Sun/Mon or 10pm-6am three nights per week with weekend rotation.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
