Atlas Post Acute is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team in various shifts, including full-time and part-time roles with rotating weekends. LPNs will provide direct patient care and may supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments.
Qualified candidates hold a current LPN license in CO and are committed to delivering compassionate care to our senior residents. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.
